As a change from last year, we have decided to do the Hog Roast in the evening.
As Adsubia is a very small village we have a subsidised coach available (courtesy of the U3A) to help ease cars parking in the village.
On offer is a mouth-watering, slow-roasted pig with the crispiest crackling, served in fresh bread rolls with your choice of sage and onion stuffing, apple sauce, and a selection of salads, condiments, and sides.
For Vegetarians/Vegans they offer a Mexican dish instead of the hog roast, as well as suitable accompaniments.
Included in the price will also be 2 glasses of wine or 2 beers or 1 of each, or 2 soft drinks.
We also have the fantastically talented James Hurst to entertain us and help us dance the evening away.
